My Story

My name is Aysen Taylor, co-founder of BizKnit LLC. I am a textile engineer with a Ph.D., a systems thinker, and, most importantly, a mother. My journey in the textile industry began right after college, working in yarn manufacturing factories. I was hands-on in production—carrying fiber from draw machines to spinning machines, mending broken yarn (both literally and figuratively), and developing a deep love for yarn and everything that comes with it.

Over the years, I have worked with some of the biggest names in the textile industry, making meaningful contributions through creativity, quality, and innovation. Whether working for others or running my own company, my priority has always been excellence—in both product quality and customer service.

I was raised with the belief: "Never treat people in a way you wouldn't want to be treated." My father instilled this in me from an early age, and it has guided my approach to business and life.

Now, I am doing what I am most passionate about—building something that will last beyond me. Being part of this industry is both my dream and my mission, and I strive to create a legacy of craftsmanship, quality, and integrity that stands the test of time.
